42 is a college-level, computer programming school, founded in 2013 by French tech-billionaire, Xavier Niel to address the chronic shortage of coding and ICT talent.
The school does not have any professors and is open 24/7. The training is inspired by new modern ways to teach which include peer-to-peer pedagogy and project-based learning. Recruitment to the school is based on aptitude and motivation and anyone over the age of 18, regardless of education, can register to complete entrance tests.
